How are selections going so far? What did you find that worked for recruitment and what didn’t? What are your plans for the rest of rituals? Has your chapter done anything new this year than it has in the past? What advice would you give to other chapters for the selections process?

Selections are going pretty well so far. We just had our first recruitment meeting yesterday and passed out twenty-nine applications. We are planning on having a second meeting for those who could not make the meeting yesterday.
As far as the rest of rituals, we plan on posting the accepted member’s names across campus on large posters. We will then give them a power point presentation on the organization’s history and test them on it. Afterward, we hope to do a community service event with them to give them a better idea of what our organization is about followed by the Gift of Fellowship.

Sounds great!!
How have things been going so far? My chapter recently selected 52 new members out of a total 88 who turned in applications. We are having our retreat this weekend.
